Sethi Management in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Maintenance professional to perform routine and preventive upkeep on building interiors, exteriors, and pool areas, while keeping SDS sheets up to date.

You will work a flexible schedule, help ensure timely daily tasks, and contribute to a friendly, professional environment with competitive pay and bonuses.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with benefits including sick time and 401(k) matching as you grow with the team.

• Experience in building maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on scheduled basis.
• Assist in maintaining pool and spa area including lifts, filter systems, etc.
• Maintain and update SDS sheets.
• Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner.
