Job summary

ZMC Hotels is seeking a versatile maintenance professional to manage carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks across the hotel property. You will handle both interior room work and exterior grounds, with opportunities for project-based tasks and independent work.

You should be comfortable with diverse maintenance requests, perform high-quality workmanship, and complete tasks promptly to keep the property in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, stand and carry tools and equipment.
• Experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work is preferred.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• This position will be inside hotel rooms or outside on the grounds of the property.
• Perform and provide high-quality maintenance work and services.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail.
• There will always be something different needing to be maintained or fixed, so you will have a variety in this position.
• Testing and maintaining our pool.

Job Summary

Do you consider yourself skilled in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems?

We are looking for an individual that has an array of skills to do general maintenance at our hotel. We will keep you busy and if you prefer working on projects by yourself, this job is for you.
