You will handle routine service requests, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of the community with hands-on responsibilities and strong attention to safety. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing or a similar setting.
• Basic HVAC knowledge preferred (EPA certification a plus but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally, with attention to quality and resident satisfaction.
• Perform general repairs in areas such as basic electrical.
• Assist with daily community upkeep, including janitorial tasks and groundskeeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow all safety procedures.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as required.

Position Overview:

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will maintain the property's overall condition through routine service requests, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of the community.
