Fohandboh in Nashville, TN is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a busy restaurant. You will perform preventative maintenance on fryers, ovens, grills, and refrigeration units, and handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs.

You will troubleshoot issues quickly, maintain lighting and restrooms, address safety hazards for OSHA compliance, and keep detailed maintenance records. Minor renovations, painting, and on-call responses are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC issues.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.
