The Maintenance position is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of all company buildings and grounds.
Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees in this role will spend significant time walking throughout the facility and may frequently stand, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch to perform maintenance and repair tasks. Climbing ladders, working at heights, and balancing are occasionally required. The position involves regular use of hands and arms to operate tools, equipment, and machinery. Employees must frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally handle heavier loads with assistance. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus for detailed work and safety awareness.
