Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general facility and equipment repairs at our Jeffersonville, IN facility. The role involves maintaining interior and exterior components, overseeing third-party contractors, and ensuring safe operation of equipment.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical skills, and basic computer literacy. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years maintenance and repair experience.
  • Strong mechanical ability required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Pass Background and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general facility maintenance to interior and exterior of building, fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
  • Schedule and oversee third-party contractors visiting facility for repairs or maintenance.
  • Inspect ladders, dock doors, dock lights, dock plates, and personnel door access for safe operation.
  • Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedule and log for all buildings and equipment.
  • Operate battery changing equipment/station for powered industrial equipment.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment.
  • Identify and repair faulty equipment.
  • Comply with all safety requirements.
  • Additional duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.

About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general facility and equipment repairs.

Functions
