Job summary

ROSEDALE GREEN & Emerald Trace is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep facilities clean and in good repair within a senior living community. The role includes general maintenance and repair of the building, grounds and equipment, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Candidates should demonstrate an excellent work history, teamwork, and the ability to work five days weekly, including every fourth weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Qualifications

• Reliable with minimal unscheduled absences.
• Proven work history demonstrating basic mechanical repair skills.
• Prior minor electrical experience preferred.
• Available to work five days per week, including alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

Job Description

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance assistants would beresponsible for ensuring that facilities are clean and in good operating condition. Theirresponsibilitiesmay include cleaning buildings and rooms, and performing generalmaintenanceandrepairof the building, grounds, and equipment.

Qualifications

1. Ability to be to work when scheduled with minimal absences.
2. Verifiable work history which demonstrates an ability to understand basic mechanical systems and how to fix them
3. Prior minor electrical experience is strongly preferred
4. Able to work 5 days a week icluding every fourth weekend both Saturday and Sunday
