Job summary

Stones Gambling Hall in Citrus Heights, CA, seeks a Maintenance Worker to ensure facilities, equipment, and systems are safe and functional. Duties include inspection, minor repairs, event setup, and daily housekeeping tasks under the Facilities Manager guidance.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience or training, good English communication, basic math, and the ability to read blueprints and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect casino and admin buildings, report malfunctions to Facilities Manager.
• Perform maintenance tasks as directed, maintaining safety standards.
• Assist departments with daily tasks and event setup/teardown.
• Report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to supervisors.
• Attend annual BSA/AML training and comply with gaming regulations.

MaintenancePrimary FunctionTo ensure and maintain that the building, equipment, machinery and other facilities are safe and in proper working order in alignment with the mission and core values of Stones Gambling Hall.Essential ResponsibilitiesAll job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, OSHA standards and other legal regulations and requirements. Essential responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Observe both the Casino and Admin building’s structures, equipment and facilities. Report any malfunctions or observations of needed repairs to Facilities Manager immediately.Perform any maintenance work as instructed by Facilities Manager in accordance with quality and safety as set forth by the Company and commonly practiced industry standards.With Facilities Manager approval, aid and assist departments with daily tasks such as taking out trash, clean buildings and surrounding areas.Set up and break down equipment at off and on-site events as directed.Report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to the CSM, Facilities Manager or General Manager.Attend annual BSA/AML training, as scheduled.Report to CSM or Security any individuals in the casino who appear to be underage, intoxicated, whose conduct appears to be illegal, or who poses a threat to the Company's operations.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
