Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Team Member to keep our restaurants running smoothly. You’ll perform equipment maintenance, routine repairs, and basic facility upkeep while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities to grow and earn bonuses. Advancement opportunities and benefits are available, including premiums on certain shifts and performance bonuses as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Basic mechanical or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work with tools.
