McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to join our team. The role focuses on keeping the restaurant interior and exterior clean and the equipment well-maintained. You will receive training and have access to employee benefits as part of the team.

The Maintenance Person works with the management team to ensure a safe, efficient, and inviting dining environment. Responsibilities include daily fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning tasks, and unloading deliveries, among others.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform routine restaurant maintenance tasks safely.

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily

• Maintaining outside grounds

• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

• Unloading delivery truck two times a week

• Taking out and emptying trash compactor

• Changing light bulbs

• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
