This full-time position requires individuals who can effectively communicate and manage property upkeep tasks, including repairs, HVAC operations, and more. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work, alongside hotel or apartment maintenance experience. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical.
• Experience with general carpentry or boiler operations is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance of hotels or apartments.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Still Waters Lakefront Resort is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our Resort Maintenance Team! This is a full-time, year round position. Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings.

Must have a proven ability to deliver kind, courteous and professional communication to anyone at all times. Service industry experience is not a requirement but highly valued!

Responsibilities

Position Highlights:

• Perform in-room repairs, preventative maintenance program, and general property upkeep.
• Will perform simple tasks like replacing filters and light bulbs, general carpentry/furniture repair.
• Water testing and more technical activities related to Boilers, Elevators and HVAC operations.
• This position requires employee to be available nights and weekends.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following trades: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.
• Experience with general carpentry, small appliance repair or boiler operations a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Hotel/Lodging/Apartment maintenance.
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
