Capstone Management is seeking an on-site Apartment Maintenance Technician in Texas to handle repair work orders and preventative maintenance across the property, ensuring safety and code compliance. Responsibilities include make-ready preparations for vacant units, stock control, and accurate documentation of service requests.
The role requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, with AC certification I/II and a valid driver's license.
