Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma/equivalent or greater, and training/work experience in plumbing, heating systems, electrical, or carpentry.
• Compensation depends on certifications held.
• Work independently on various projects and repairs on facilities as needed.
• Have good communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Possess a valid Maine Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Ability to operate tractors and light equipment for ground maintenance.
