Candidates must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, set priorities, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and understand soil and turf maintenance and care. The shift is a 40 hour a week position eligible for overtime when necessary and hours are generally during the day although flexibility to work some evenings, nights, holidays and weekends is a must. During the winter months the position is responsible for snow removal and hours are shifted based on the demands of the storm. The position will also have some on call time.
Candidates must hold a valid Maine Driver's License and have a clean driving record.
