Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform custodial, building, and maintenance duties. This role supports preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment/system upkeep within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

The position offers an $18–$20 hourly wage and involves operating a forklift and PIT equipment, completing required paperwork, and monitoring supplies and inventory. Strong basic computer skills and organizational abilities are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

As a CBRE Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of basic custodial, building, and other maintenance duties. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
