Town of Groton in Groton, CT is seeking a Maintainer for the Parks & Recreation Department. The position is a full-time role, with standard hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
Starting rate is $27.12 per hour with a range to $34.84 per hour. Applicants must have two years of full-time work experience and a valid driver’s license; preferred candidates have hands-on experience with trade equipment and tools used in maintenance work.

$27.12 - $34.84 / hour
Two (2) years full time work experience. Ability to read and comprehend procedures, policies, documents, and directives that are necessary to the safe performance of
the job.
Valid Motor Vehicle License
Preferred skills include experience operating everyday trade equipment, such as power tools, chainsaws, power mowers, carpentry gear, and masonry tools.
Additionally, experience driving pickup trucks and towing trailers is a strong plus.
