Job summary

Schwan's is seeking a full-time production associate in a food manufacturing setting in Fullerton, CA. The role involves setting up equipment, running lines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform routine maintenance, document downtime and HACCP forms using SAP, and coordinate sanitation of lines and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability to flexible work hours including overtime and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, pre-run, and perform quality checks on equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Operate and control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment as needed.
• Perform light maintenance and assist maintenance with repairs and service tasks.
• Complete downtime logs and HACCP forms using SAP in accordance with SOPs and safety training.
• Disassemble, clean and reassemble production lines and equipment for sanitation and maintenance.
