Job summary

Schwan's Company in Fullerton, Alabama, is hiring for a production associate role in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement.

You will set up, pre-run, and monitor equipment, control line speeds and batch formulas, perform light maintenance, complete downtime logs and HACCP forms in SAP, and keep SOPs updated.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of experience, and flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts.

What You Will Do:

• Set up, pre-run, and perform quality checks on equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Operate and control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment as needed.
• Perform light maintenance and preventative maintenance on equipment; assist maintenance team with repairs and service tasks.
• Complete all required documentation, including downtime logs and HACCP forms, using SAP and in accordance with SOPs and safety training.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production lines and equipment as needed for sanitation and maintenance.

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications.
• Adaptability to flexible work hours based on production demands, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.
