HI-LEX seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to lead in-depth troubleshooting and perform complex repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in our Litchfield, MI facility. You will support preventive maintenance, assist with machine modifications, and ensure safety and reliability of manufacturing equipment while working on second shift.
The role requires a High School diploma and 3–5 years of maintenance experience; PLC troubleshooting and electrical panel work

To lead in-depth troubleshooting and perform complex maintenance repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This technician acts as a subject matter expert for Maintenance I and II team members and may lead critical system upgrades or installations.
