Hi-Lex Controls in Litchfield, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician on second shift to train and repair a variety of plant equipment, install components, troubleshoot electrical systems, and support equipment reliability.
The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, use hand and power tools, and work under supervision toward Journeyman status; HS diploma required with 3 years related experience preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with safety-focused operations.

This individual will perform duties to Train in the Maintenance and repair a variety of plant equipment.Duties include installing equipment , repairing and replacing machine components and maintaining equipment as needed, troubleshooting electrical systems. Take prescribed classes per HI-LEX Controls (JAMA) to achieve Journeyman status in prescribed time determined.
