Job summary

Exelon is seeking a fleet maintenance professional to maintain and repair company vehicles and equipment. The role requires a valid CDL A with HazMat/Tanker endorsements, the ability to perform heavy manual labor, and adherence to safety standards.

You will work under government regulations and company policies, participate in local union duties, and aim to achieve at least four OEM certifications within the first year of employment. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operation, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of company vehicles and equipment.
• Capable of heavy manual labor without restriction.
• Must demonstrate safe work behavior.
• Able to complete formal training sessions successfully.
• Able to communicate clearly in written and spoken form.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Must achieve a minimum of 4 OEM certifications within one year.

Primary Purpose

Responsible for fleet maintenance. Responsible for adherence to all governmental regulations and compliance with company policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned or required. Required to achieve the company-approved minimum 4 O.E.M (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certifications within one year from date of employment. Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A driver's license with Hazmat, Tanker, endorsements (or the ability to attain) and retain thereafter
• Must have demonstrated a thorough working knowledge of the operation, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of the company vehicles, work equipment, and specialized tools through formalized training
• Must be capable of performing heavy manual labor without restriction.
• Must have demonstrated safe behavior
• Must have the ability to succeed formal training and schooling sessions
• Must be capable of effective oral, written, and verbal electrical communication
• Must be capable of working without direct supervision.
• Required to achieve the company-approved minimum 4 O.E.M (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certifications within one year from date of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fluid power hydraulics
• 4 O.E.M (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certifications or experience with diesel-hydraulic vehicles
