• Recent graduates of an accredited technical school (within last 24 months): $625/month tuition reimbursement for 2 years ($15,000 total).
• Sign-on bonuses based on level and certifications, up to $15,000:
• Apprentice: $4,000
• Level 1-2/Recon: $6,000

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs efficiently per dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.)
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services and estimates
• Complete tasks timely and keep accurate records
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specs
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Experience as a service technician
• Strong automotive background
• ASE certifications preferred
• Pass MVR, background check, drug test
• Valid driver’s license
