Hydromax USA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Mainline Crew Lead – Crossbore to operate CCTV inspection equipment and robotic systems in sewer pipelines for municipal customers. You will lead daily field operations, ensure safety protocols, capture video data, and log findings into our GIS system while coordinating with teammates to meet project timelines.

Qualifications include 3 months CCTV experience, DOT medical certification or ability to obtain one, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 3 months CCTV Operator experience required.
• DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain one.
• Pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Travel up to 80% of time may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety talks and ensure crew safety.
• Manage traffic control and site safety measures.
• Operate and retrieve CCTV/robotic camera equipment in sewer systems.
• Provide daily data reporting and GIS data entry.
• Read and interpret digital/PDF maps for inspections.
