Hydromax USA is seeking a Crossbore Technician in Charlotte, NC to support the operation of robotic CCTV inspection systems and field equipment used to identify underground cross bores. You will work under Field Operations Manager with hands-on training in a growing utility sector, offering strong career growth opportunities.

Requirements include a high school diploma, willingness to work outdoors in varied weather, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and basic tech familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to walk 7,000-10,000 steps daily across different terrain.
• Comfortable working around sewer systems (PPE provided).
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs occasionally, 10-20lbs regularly.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones, tablets and computers.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Compliance with driver qualifications and vaccination program detailed below.
• Employees may be assigned additional duties, responsibilities, projects, work locations, or tasks based on operational and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, locating, and maintaining robotic inspection equipment.
• Deploy inspection equipment into pipelines using cranes or hooks.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones, including traffic control and flagging.
• Mark locations on the job site with utility marking paint.
