Job summary
Hydromax USA is seeking a Mainline Crew Lead – Crossbore in Charlotte, NC to operate CCTV inspection equipment and robotic systems. You will lead field crews, ensure safety, capture detailed video, and generate reports entered into GIS databases.
You will coordinate daily field operations and safety protocols for municipal sewer projects. The role requires CCTV experience, DOT medical certification, and the ability to travel and work outside in varied weather.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months experience as a CCTV Operator.
- Possess a DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily safety talks and ensure crew safety.
- Manage site traffic control and protocol per location.
- Lead team in launch inspection and retrieval of robotic CCTV equipment.
- Oversee technicians and monitor daily work and data entry.
- Repair and maintain CCTV units and coordinate with software vendors.
- Record findings and upload data to GIS-based systems.
- Read maps and identify discrepancies using digital/PDF maps.
- Operate inspection software and ArcGIS Online maps, Excel, and email.
- Adapt to all weather conditions and outdoor worksites.
