Primary responsibilities:

Experience in configuring HDS disk storage subsystems at the hardware level – setting up the disk definitions on the hardware, such as copy pairs, shadow copies, replication.

Overall responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in mainframe storage administration, with a strong background in HSM migration and backup, Vantage Storage software, Hitachi disk replication, virtual tape, and RMM (Removable Media Manager). You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of our mainframe storage systems, providing expert-level support for storage infrastructure, and driving key storage initiatives.
