Job summary

Infosys seeks a Technology Project Lead 2 in the Financial Services unit to drive large-scale technology transformation initiatives with a focus on aligning modernization with cloud strategies and tight stakeholder collaboration.

You will define objectives, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships while guiding a team through end-to-end delivery across banking, wealth management, and insurance projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in program/project management for large-scale technology transformations.
• Expertise in SDLC, agile program management and DevOps practices.
• Ability to drive modernization and cloud adoption aligning with architecture.
• Proven capability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope with business goals and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular progress updates.
• Drive process improvement and adopt innovative methodologies and tools.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Develop estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resources.
• Support technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Establish governance, KPIs, dashboards, and transparent communication.
• Guide vendor partners and system integrators to deliver results.
