Job summary

Infosys seeks a Technology Project Lead 2 in the Financial Services unit to drive large-scale technology transformation initiatives with a focus on aligning modernization with cloud strategies and tight stakeholder collaboration.

You will define objectives, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships while guiding a team through end-to-end delivery across banking, wealth management, and insurance projects.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Program/Project Management for large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in SDLC, agile program management, DevOps practices
• Drive end‑to‑end transformation of legacy mainframe applications and data to cloud platforms
• Align modernization initiatives with enterprise architecture, cloud adoption frameworks, and business outcomes

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Proven experience delivering cloud migration or modernization programs on Azure.
• Good understanding of cloud framework (Azure).
• Manage vendor partners, system integrators, tool providers, and cloud platform teams
• Establish program governance structure, KPIs, tracking dashboards, and communication plans.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
