Job summary

CBTS is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer IV to join our team. You will design, develop, test, and support mainframe applications, focusing on COBOL/CICS, SAS, JCL, and IBM z/OS in an Agile environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise, serving as a Mainframe SME, guiding architecture and development, and collaborating with engineering, operations, vendors, and business teams to deliver robust mainframe solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with AMTrust/AMAdministrator accounting system.
• Strong COBOL and CICS experience.
• IBM MVS/zOS, TSO, and JCL.
• FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
• Experience across Development and QA.
• Direct experience with AMTrust/AMAdministrator; Global Plus/Unity experience is a minimum requirement.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with MQ, Git/GitHub, and Agile development.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
