Job summary

CBTS is seeking an experienced mainframe developer with extensive AmTrust accounting system knowledge and a strong COBOL/CICS/SAS/MQ background. The role requires TSO expertise, JCL proficiency, and wealth/asset management domain familiarity.

Excellent communication skills and adherence to best practices in software development are essential. The ideal candidate will have a 20+ year track record, a CS/IS degree, and the ability to work in a highly regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with AmTrust accounting system required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or comparable with 20+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of TSO and Mainframe technology.
• Experience with COBOL, CICS, SAS and MQ.
• Background in Wealth and Asset Management.
• Knowledge of functional software design.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
• Prior experience with knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of Software Development Methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
