Qualifications

• Senior-level mainframe skillset (10+ years) with no certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering specifications for software applications and systems.
• Write, maintain, and review code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement technical solutions that support required product features while ensuring functionality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate within an Agile team, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, and delivering assigned work throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate risks, issues, and blockers promptly to the Scrum Master and project stakeholders.
• Track progress against project schedules, provide regular status updates, and elevate technical challenges as needed.
• Apply software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, unit testing, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Demonstrate experience designing and delivering large-scale, customer-facing applications.
• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, urgency, accountability, and results-driven execution.

• This would be someone who possesses a senior-level skillset in the above skills (10+years) No certifications required.
• Do not need to be US citizens.
