The candidate should demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS, and work closely with business, operations, and distributed teams. SDLC/Agile familiarity and RCA skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Must have hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe (z/OS) and core mainframe technologies.
• Strong knowledge of JCL, VSAM, and CICS for development and production support.
• Experience with TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and source control tools (Endevor/Changeman).
• Proficient in batch processing, job scheduling, incident management, RCA, and Agile/SDLC methodologies.

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy Mainframe applications.
