TALENT Software Services is seeking a Systems Programmer III to install, maintain, and optimize IBM DB2 for z/OS on the Mainframe. You will support critical enterprise database environments and collaborate with DBAs and app teams to ensure stability and performance.

This role requires 24x7 production support, on‑call rotation, and participation in disaster recovery, upgrades, migrations, and data movement across environments.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent IT experience with mainframe background.
• Experience with DB2 for z/OS and DB2 subsystem administration.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and data movement strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and optimize IBM DB2 for z/OS on Mainframe.
• Conduct DB2 subsystem administration and performance tuning.
