Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, data platforms, or production environments.
• Experience supporting Mainframe environments, including COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM.
• Strong experience with Oracle and SQL, including data analysis, query development, troubleshooting, stored procedures, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 production support for critical data platforms and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across Mainframe and distributed environments.
