• Analyze failures, propose design changes and drive operational improvements.
• Make sound coding decisions that prioritize customer experience.
• Incorporate feedback from code reviews to meet standards.
• Conduct code reviews to promote engineering best practices and security compliance.
• Ensure product development follows compliance and security requirements.
• Support reliability engineering by embedding practices into development standards.
• Embrace new technologies and contribute to bank-wide tech transformation.
• Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize tasks for incremental delivery and flag blockers early.
