Job Posting Title: Contractor (IT Programmer)
Description:

• We are looking for an experienced programmer, who can review programs written in COBOL/CICS/DB2/JCL, design, document, develop and deploy code to production in a timely fashion.
• Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into technical requirements, develop and deploy code, and collaborate with testing and business teams to test the new functionality.
• They should be able to work with and communicate and collaborate with peers, management, business partners, staff, and other vendors.
• Ability to exercise initiative, produce desired results and achieve objectives.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and support project work.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Tax system.
• FIS ALLTEL/SYSTEMATICS application knowledge (TX, IM, ST, AM, RM, SC, HX and GN).
• ITSM (Incident, Release, Change).
• Serena ChangeMan Deployment tool.
• IBM OnDemand Admin or working knowledge.
• GoAnywhere working knowledge desired.
