Job description

A Senior Salesforce Developer is needed for a 100% remote, contract role to support our top-rated demo creation platform client. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design and code functional programs and applications, producing fully operational software in line with requirements. You will play a key role in supporting the product team and new product development within a dynamic, fast-paced culture that values teamwork, quality, innovation, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop APIs, Salesforce plug-ins, and dashboards that enable customers to manage product integrations, including activation keys and product modifications.
2. Provide accurate reporting on project milestones and performance indicators to Product Management, Engineering, and leadership, along with actionable insights to mitigate risks and improve products.
3. Meet deadlines, handle multiple requests, and manage priorities effectively.
4. Apply creative and analytical thinking to solve problems and evaluate information from multiple sources.
5. Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.

Qualifications:

1. At least five years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 certification is required; Platform Developer 2 is preferred.
3. Minimum five years of experience in software development using C#, SQL, APIs, and AWS.
4. Experience building Salesforce plug-ins, APIs, and dashboards.
5. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
6. At least two years of experience from concept to launch of products.
7. Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
8. Proficiency in building custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, classes, and complex content.
9. Proven project management skills and effective communication abilities at all organizational levels.

This is a contract, remote role starting at the end of May, lasting three to six months, with compensation starting at $60/hour DOE.
