Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Mainframe Developer to maintain, upgrade, and support our insurance product team as we transform to a cloud-based application. You will work on updates to the mainframe Insurance application and coordinate the migration to Guidewire P&C.

The role requires COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, ISPW experience, and the ability to collaborate with an Agile team. A hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two at home is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience with COBOL in a Z/OS Mainframe environment.
• Ability to analyze programs and understand current state of applications.
• Experience with COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, ISPW and other mainframe development skills.

Responsibilities

• Make system updates to the Mainframe Insurance application and assist with conversion to Guidewire P&C Insurance.
• Refine change requirements, participate in design sessions, and present ideas to diverse groups.
• Provide production environment support on a rotational day/night schedule.
