Machine Learning Technologies LLC in Lincoln, NE seeks a Mainframe Developer (Intermediate) to join our software team. You will work on COBOL/CICS implementations, maintain legacy systems, and perform analysis, design, and testing within an Agile framework.

The role requires strong COBOL/CICS skills, DB2 access via SQL, JCL, and familiarity with z/OS and TSO. Collaboration with teammates to deliver reliable mainframe solutions is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical degree with 5+ years development experience.
• Experience maintaining legacy COBOL/CICS applications.
• Proficiency with SQL/DB2 and QMF.

Responsabilidades

• Explore and gain a thorough understanding of the business.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide support on existing products and services.
• Work as part of a software development team in the implementation of projects.
• Perform daily tasks of analysis, programming and testing as needed.
• Assist with capturing business requirements, design, system architecture and development.
• Maintain legacy applications in Micro Focus Cobol, Cobol and CICS that interact with the Department's Information Systems.
