Job summary

Xaxis Solutions is seeking a Senior Mainframe CICS System Administrator to lead the installation, upgrade, and ongoing maintenance of CICS TS environments. You’ll patch, validate upgrades, and configure regions across production and disaster recovery environments.

You will monitor performance, tune systems, and manage startup parameters and DFHSIT to ensure reliable operations for major clients. Onsite work is in the Phoenix area, with relocation considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, upgrading and maintaining CICS TS environments.
• Patch management and regression validation for CICS systems.
• Configure and maintain CICS regions (production, test, DR).

Title: Mainframe CICS System Administrator

Location: Phoenix, AZ; Plano, TX & Charlotte, NC

Exp – 10+ Mandate

As a Mainframe CICS System Administrator, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.

* This role requires employees to live in or around the Phoenix, AZ area. You will be responsible to be onsite 3 days a week. We will consider candidates who are willing to relocate to the area.
