Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting IBM mainframe environments.
• Experience administering CICS TS.
• Experience applying PTFs and supporting upgrades.
• Knowledge of production, test, and disaster recovery environments.
• Experience monitoring performance and resource utilization.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of transaction processing environments.
• Experience maintaining system configuration parameters.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade CICS TS environments.
• Support version upgrades and patch implementation.
• Administer production, test, and disaster recovery regions.
• Monitor transaction performance and system health.
• Analyze CPU, storage, and transaction response metrics.
• Perform tuning activities to improve application performance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams.
