Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years supporting IBM mainframe environments.
Experience administering CICS TS.
Experience applying PTFs and supporting upgrades.
Knowledge of production, test, and disaster recovery environments.
Experience monitoring performance and resource utilization.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of transaction processing environments.
Experience maintaining system configuration parameters.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and upgrade CICS TS environments.
Support version upgrades and patch implementation.
Administer production, test, and disaster recovery regions.
Monitor transaction performance and system health.
Analyze CPU, storage, and transaction response metrics.
Perform tuning activities to improve application performance.
Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams.
