Employee Magnets, Inc. is seeking a Solder Tech - Mainboard in Fort Worth Alliance, TX. The role focuses on solder work including SMT, thru-hole, and BGA support as required by project needs.

Responsibilities cover rework/repair tasks, adhering to procedures, CID checks, lumencleaning, and 5S practices daily. 6+ months experience preferred; IPC certs are a plus; MS Excel knowledge helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech L1-L3 solder experience: 40/50/60 components/day (as applicable).
• IPC certification preferred.
• MS Excel proficiency to read instructions.

Responsabilités

• Perform solder work based on rework/repair requirements.
• Follow rework and repair instructions and procedures.
• Check CID and ensure MB is good before solder work.
• Clean excess flux and solder residue with alcohol and cloth.
• Inspect solder pads for corrosion, bridges, and polarity issues.
• Brush and remove solder from boards; ensure clean MB before next station.
