Job summary

Standard Process Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator for Mix/Mill/Granulation roles in Palmyra, WI. Under the Production Supervisor, you will produce ingredients, follow GMPs and SOPs, and ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and mixing of raw materials.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, math skills, and experience in manufacturing or food processing environments. Routine documentation and quality checks are part of the job, with benefits and opportunities at Standard Process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of basic math concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment as outlined in Master Manufacturing Record, GMPs and SOPs.
• Add batch ingredients and verify formulas per recipe.
• Monitor quality and collect samples for lab testing.
• Maintain and record batch sheets, end shift reports and material tracking.
• Set up and perform machine changeovers and sanitations.
