Job summary

Isabella Bank is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to open new saving and checking accounts, CDs and IRAs, process loans and assist loan officers and Branch Manager or Supervisor as needed. The role also supports teller duties and on-site customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person or by phone, cross-marketing bank products, verifying loan documents, and traveling to other branches to support staffing.

Qualifications

• Open and maintain accounts including savings, checking, CDs, and IRAs.
• Assist loan processing and support loan officers and Branch Manager.
• Provide administrative support to Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor.
• Travel to other branches may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers, in person or via phone, with opening and maintaining accounts, and provides other customer services as needed.
• Expected to serve on teller line as needed.
• Cross-markets financial institution products and services as appropriate.
• May assemble and verify accuracy of loan documents and check documents for vesting, descriptions, dates and signatures.
• May assist in processing mortgage and installment loans by inputting customer information and ensuring loan files contain documents with signatures and dates.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor.
• Travel to other branches to assist with staffing may be required.
• Teller duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Reports To: Senior Branch Manager

General Purpose:

Opens new saving and checking accounts, CDs, IRAs, processes loans, and provides assistance to loan officers and Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assists customers, in person or via phone, with aspects of opening and maintaining checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, IRAs and provides other customer services as needed.
• Expected to serve on teller line as needed.
• Cross-markets financial institution products and services as appropriate.
• May assemble and verify accuracy of loan documents. Checks documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures.
• May assist in processing mortgage and installment loans by inputting necessary customer information and ensuring that loan files contain documents with proper signature, dates and other relevant data.
• Provides administrative assistance to the Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor.
• Travel to other branches to assist with staffing may be required.
• Teller duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma required
• Two Years banking experience preferred
• Experience opening new accounts preferred
• Loan documentation experience preferred
