Continental Automotive Group in San Juan, TX is seeking a skilled Main Line Technician to diagnose driveability issues, perform complex repairs, and maintain high quality standards for customer vehicles.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of automotive technician experience, Audi or VW experience preferred, and owns tools. Willingness to travel for training is required; benefits and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience.
• Audi or Volkswagen experience preferred.
• Proficient with automotive diagnostic equipment and computer systems (e.g., CDK, Mykaarma).
• Must have own tools (toolbox and specialty tools provided).
• Strong customer service values and focus on overall satisfaction (CSI, FRFT).
• Ability to travel for overnight manufacturer training as needed (Accommodations provided).
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required for automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Correctly diagnose driveability and electrical issues in a timely manner, the first time.
• Perform comprehensive repairs, including disassembling and reassembling engines and transmissions.
• Maintain all required manufacturer self-studies and training certifications.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the utmost care for all vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, service advisors, and management.
