Lou Fusz Kia Terre Haute is seeking a skilled Automotive Main Line Technician to join our service team. This role offers a stable career path with competitive pay and an hourly bonus structure, in a team-oriented environment.

We are looking for candidates with automotive experience, ASE certifications preferred, and a clean driver's license. Must be willing to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks. Join our family-owned dealership network and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor regarding any additional needed services and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
