Catawba Two Kings Casino is hiring a Main Banker to manage the casino's main bank, ensuring accurate handling and reconciliation of large cash volumes and protecting assets. This role supports front-line cage cashiers and gaming departments while maintaining strict regulatory controls.

The candidate will process large transactions, prepare daily summaries, and comply with AML and gaming regulations. A high school diploma, 21+ age, and gaming license eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Experience in high-volume cash handling; casino or banking preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and security of the main bank and its contents.
• Accurately process large transactions including check cashing, chip redemptions, slot and table fills, and jackpot payouts.
• Issue and reconcile funds to front-line cage cashiers and gaming departments.
• Prepare and balance daily bank summaries, reports, and deposits.
• Monitor and track variances and report discrepancies to management immediately.
• Ensure compliance with all casinos, state gaming and federal regulatory guidelines, including AML procedures.
• Operate counting machines, computer systems, and other specialized equipment.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
