Job summary

Imagenet is seeking a meticulous Mailroom Associate in Kent, WA to support daily mailroom operations, document processing, and occasional delivery duties. The role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

The position offers paid training, health benefits, a 401(k), PTO, and career growth opportunities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in mailroom, clerical, office support, document processing, or related work.
• Experience with mail sorting, document prep, scanning, imaging, or shipping/receiving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn about healthcare documents and how to operate mailroom equipment.
• Open mail, identify document types, and group documents together.
• Hand off documents to scan team - may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting 30–50 pounds (one Banker’s Box).
• Learn Driving route to act as back up driver if needed
• Train with Branch Manager to act as Lead when needed
