Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Mailroom Sorter Associate onsite in Sandy, UT. The role runs Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM MST and pays $15.00 per hour, with potential move to ABC payrate tied to productivity.

You will process incoming mail, remove staples, prepare documents, classify and sort by type, and maintain accurate records to support our operations. Applicants must be 18+, GED or HS diploma, eligible to work in the United States, and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work with accuracy.
• Team players who cooperate effectively in a mailroom setting.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming mail by opening envelopes and extracting documents.
• Prepare documents for processing by removing staples and repairing torn pages as needed.
• Review and analyze documents to determine appropriate classification.
• Sort and organize documents by major document type.
• Accurately distinguish between major and minor document categories.
